Pros: Compact, Durable, Easy to Use, Good Picture Quality For SD
Cons: No HD, Still Images Leave A Lot To Be Desired...
The Bottom Line: I recommend this for people who use camcorders for day to day videos. I am very satisfied with mine, and it's good for the price.

Pros: * External microphone input * SDHC card (flash drive) recording, not tape or disc * Small camera
Cons: * Format is MP4...and with a codec my editing software does not understand.

Pros: Canon name, 3 quality modes, does ok in low light, sdhc support
Cons: Batteries expensive in the store, need bigger cards.
The Bottom Line: Good mid priced unit, much better than the low end units; expensive accessories. You're getting good value for the dollar here.
