Post by: lmcgilli - Date: 2006-07-18T23:06:20.000-08:00 Author's Rating: 4.00 rating
Pros: size, video quality, low light capability for the price
Cons: zoom is awkward and over-sensitive with the small size
The Bottom Line: I can actually imagine using this for fun outings because of its size. I think it is a great camcorder for the price with lots of fun features.

Pros: good image quality, acceptable lowlight shooting, ease of use. quality look and build.
Cons: lack of improvements over DCR-hc42, warranty, no accessory shoe, missing a/v in, dock.
The Bottom Line: An all around good camera, though I think its a shame they didnt improve on the HC42 like they should have.
