Pros: Excellent quality, consistent wide aperture, L series build, versatile focal range
Cons: Slightly heavy, extends when zooming, not cheap but worth it!
The Bottom Line: This will stay on your camera most of the time and bring you excellent, sharp and well-saturated shots. Very strong, will last for years.

Pros: Low dispersion glass, constant aperture, corner sharpness, Image Stabilization, universal zoom range
Cons: Expensive, moderately fast with f/4 (for sports), can be a bit heavy
The Bottom Line: A great universal lens for both APS-C and Full Frame (35mm). There are faster lenses, but this one offers great performance for a somewhat moderate price.

Pros: Ideal zoom range, excellent image quality& image stabilization. Perfect for the Eos 5D.
Cons: Only suggestion, build it from Titanium for lighter weight, it is a bit front heavy.
The Bottom Line: Recommend strongly for Canon EOS full frame cameras. Perfect combo for the EOS 5D. Fast autofocus, effective image stabilization, and superb image quality.
