Buy Cameras - If there was ever a camera made especially for scuba divers, mountain climbers, or other extreme adventurers, it would be the Olympus Stylus 1030SW. Able to withstand the harshest of environments – including underwater – this little camera lets you focus on taking pictures, and not worrying about if you’re going to damage it or not. The 10.1 megapixel sensor combined with a 3.6x zoom lens means you’ll get highly detailed shots no matter where you are. Another benefit to the Olympus Stylus 1030SW’s design? It’s a great digital camera to start your kids off with.

Post by: fairban1234 - Date: 2009-09-08T07:12:40.000-08:00 Author's Rating: 1.00 rating
Pros: Waterproof sometimes
Cons: Quality of photos, waterproof consistency
The Bottom Line: Would not recommend. Quality of photos is bad and outweighs the waterproof feature.

Great Cameras Dont Fall From the Sky
Post by: user8189720 - Date: 2008-08-02T22:51:34.000-08:00 Author's Rating: 4.00 rating
Pros: rugged, waterproof, easy to use, great design, wide-angle lens
Cons: pricey, no AC connection, no optical viewfinder, average pictures for price, sinks like a rock
The Bottom Line: You can't always have the best of both worlds, but with the Olympus 1030 SW you can shoot great photos where other cameras dare not go.
