Pros: Many modes, low light ability, small size
Cons: The only semi-con is the non-stadard XD card.
The Bottom Line: Excellent camera. When Olympus replaces this with a 16 megapixel model I will upgrade.

So far the best camera that I have owned.
Post by: jhngh41 - Date: 2007-08-15T07:31:29.000-08:00 Author's Rating: 5.00 rating
Pros: 2 Rechargable Batteries 8MP No Viewfinder Compact Light
Cons: Too many controls and I don't like to read the directions ;)
The Bottom Line: To go from a Kodak to Olympus is like trading in a Chevy Cavalier for a Jaguar X-type.

Pros: Versatile, lightweight, rugged: excellent for novice, equally suited for moderately advanced photographer.
Cons: Features packed in compact camera- slightly complex symbols/menus; shortcut menus more than compensate
The Bottom Line: I recommend researching options currently available, but my impulse purchase has proven a sound investment.

Stealth Camera Takes Low-Light Shots Where Other Digicams Have to Blaze Their Flash
Post by: mediageek - Date: 2005-11-01T22:01:00.000-08:00 Author's Rating: 4.00 rating
Pros: High ISO with good low-light performance, big clear LCD, manual controls, sturdy small size, weatherproof
Cons: Aggressive noise reduction at high ISO, more plastic than Olympus Stylus 300/400, limited resolution modes
The Bottom Line: Solidly built little cam gives you 8 megapixels and manual controls. And you can still take blur-free pics when the sun goes down, if you don't mind a few sacrifices.
